• Annual Revenues: $10 million to $250 million

• Net Earnings: $1-15 million (growth partnerships) or $3-25 million (legacy buyouts)

• History of free cash flow in excess of 70% of net earnings

• Headquartered in North America

• Industry agnostic excluding energy exploration, real estate-dependent businesses, and independent restaurants
